Paleo Tiger started as a childhood memory of a little girl eating Tiger nuts to satisfy a sweet tooth. 

In her adulthood, she decided to study more about this nutsedge that the rest of the world was not even aware of. The more it was studied, we have noticed the health benefit of Tiger nuts and  would like to share it with the rest of the world.
