Who we are and how to reach us

Information you share with us
Orders and accounts. Our WooCommerce store collects the information needed to process your order, such as your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, phone number, products ordered, and order notes. If you create an account, we keep your account details and order history. We use this information for payment, delivery, customer service, returns, recordkeeping, and fraud prevention.
Messages and forms. When you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide. We use them to respond and keep a record of the conversation. Please share only what we need to help; you do not need to tell us your medical history or diagnosis.
Comments, reviews, and photos. Information you choose to publish in a comment or review may be visible to other visitors. WordPress also collects an IP address and browser information to help detect spam. If Gravatar is used, a coded version of your email address may be sent to that service to find your profile image. Before uploading a photo, remove any location information you do not want others to see.
Payments and delivery
The store is configured to accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. The provider you use processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive order and transaction information needed to confirm the payment, handle refunds, and support your purchase. Please do not send card details by email or through a contact form.
We share delivery details with the carrier handling your order, including USPS or UPS, so your parcel can reach you. Payment and delivery providers may also use information for security, fraud prevention, and their legal obligations.

Our newsletter
We use MailerLite to manage newsletter signups and send recipes, serving ideas, and occasional product news. When you subscribe, MailerLite receives your email address and any other details you choose to provide, along with information about your signup and subscription status. Its email tools can record delivery, opens, and link clicks to help us understand how our emails are received.
Our signup form uses email confirmation for new subscriptions. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or contact us for help. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages needed for an order. Read the MailerLite privacy policy.
Back-in-stock requests
If you ask for a back-in-stock email, our website stores your email address, the product you selected, and details of the request and its status. We use these details to acknowledge your request and send an availability alert for that product. This is separate from our MailerLite newsletter and does not add you to a marketing list.
The request is stored in our WordPress store using Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce. The availability alert is sent once for each request; you can contact us to cancel a request or ask us to delete it. Stock-request records are not currently removed automatically.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar storage for functions such as your basket, sign-in, and saved preferences. Server logs can also include IP addresses, browser details, and pages requested.
If you choose to save comment details, those cookies can last one year. WordPress login cookies normally last two days, or two weeks when you select “Remember Me”; logging out removes the login cookies. Display-preference cookies can last one year. A temporary login check ends when you close your browser, and an editor cookie identifying a recently edited post lasts one day. Other cookies have their own durations.
Our live website uses Google Analytics and WordPress.com/Jetpack statistics to understand visits and use of the site. Google Tag Manager helps load tracking tools. Google Ads, the Meta/Facebook pixel, and the Pinterest tag are also present for advertising measurement and audience features. These services can receive page visits, interactions, device and browser details, IP addresses, and cookie or other identifiers. Advertising providers may connect this activity with information from their own services or other websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser and adjust advertising preferences with the relevant provider. Blocking necessary cookies can affect the basket or sign-in. These controls do not necessarily prevent every form of data collection. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to object to targeted advertising or opt out of data disclosures described in law as “sale” or “sharing.” Contact us using the details above to make a privacy request.

Other services and embedded content
Our website is hosted by SiteGround and runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Hosting, maintenance, security, backup, and email-delivery services may process information needed to run and protect the store. Authorized store administrators can access information needed to manage orders and support customers.
Google reCAPTCHA helps protect forms from automated abuse, and UserWay provides accessibility tools. These services can receive browser, device, and usage information when their features load. Embedded videos, social content, and other third-party features may collect information and set cookies as if you visited their websites directly, including when you are signed in to those services. The live site also loads a Helcim payment-library script, although Helcim is not currently an enabled checkout option.

How long information is kept
The store does not currently have automatic deletion periods configured for customer accounts or orders. Those records may remain until they are reviewed or removed, including records needed for tax, accounting, refunds, disputes, and security. Comments and their moderation details are normally kept indefinitely. Newsletter records remain in MailerLite according to their subscription status and the account’s settings; an unsubscribe does not necessarily erase all records of consent or previous delivery.
You can ask us about the information we hold and request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related reasons.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can review and update available account details through My account, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or contact us to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision on your request, or complain to a privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing account information.
Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Their policies explain their processing locations and safeguards. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Security and updates
We use encrypted website connections and account access controls to help protect information. No website or email service can guarantee complete security. Please keep your password private and contact us if you suspect an account problem or believe a child has provided personal information that should be removed.
